Parti and Poche Drawings

This is my very very simplified understanding of what these mean...

Parti - a set of simple diagrams that illustrate certain aspects of a building, such as "enclosure, program, circulation, structure and geometry". These pull the building apart and expose certain elements of how the building works.

Poche - these are in either plan or section and with the use of shading and illustration create the atmosphere of the building and how it would feel when the observer was to be actually within the building.

First post

I have just set this blog up and I will be posting my sketched parti drawings soon, hopefully later tonight if not then they will be up on sunday. I'm just trying to juggle assignments at the moment
